  They flat out lie. I bought a life insurance policy with them. Was quoted one price and when the policy came through for payment it was double. I was told that the underwriter sighted weight and medication as a reason and if I lost the weight they review my policy for a reduced rate. Lost the weight and aren’t on any medication and my agent at this office won’t return my calls or emails for over 2 months. Plus i had my car insurance policy with them for over 10 years. My rate went up from $5k for to $10k over the years and I was given every excuse why the rates increased. I switched them to Geico for $5k.

  I HAVE BEEN WITH ALLSTATE INSURANCE COMPANY FOR MORE THAN THREE YEARS. SO FAR IT HAS BEEN A GREAT EXPIRIENCE THEY OFFER AUTO ,BOAT ,MOTORCYCLE HOME N RENTAL INSURANCE ROAD SIDE ASSISTANCE, AND THEY'RE VERY ATTENT IVE TO WHAT THEY PROVIDE AS SERVICE.. IF YOU'RE LOOKING FOR AN INSURANCE COMPANY YOU CAN RELLY ON ,I WILL RE COMMEND ALLSTATE AND NOT BECAUSE ITS MY COMPANY BUT BECAUSE THEY'RE VERY PROFESSIONAL WHEN IT COMES TO TREATING THEY'RE CUSTOMERS !

  This is agency is by far THE WORST agency I’ve ever done business with. I’ve been a long time customer of Allstate for 6 long years. It wasn’t until this agency that my policy was CANCELED AND NOT ONE LETTER OR PHONE CALL WAS MADE OR SENT! THIS AGENCY IS SCAMMING CUSTOMERS! AFTER 6 YEARS OF LOYALTY, THE LACK OF COMMUNICATION FROM THIS OFFICE IS THE REASON WHY I WILL NO LONGER BE DOING BUSINESS WITH ALLSTATE! YOUR APOLOGIES MEAN NOTHING TO ME AT THIS POINT! I WAS ON THE PHONE FOR 2 HOURS BEING TRANSFERRED TO DIFFERENT DEPARTMENTS ALL TO BE TOLD THERE WAS NOTHING THAT CAN BE DONE AT THIS POINT. IF THIS OFFICE HAD JUST CALLED ME, THIS COULD’VE ALL BEEN AVOIDED!!!! BRUNA YOU SUCK!
