  called 3x left voicemails no answer called the second number listed and he informed me it was his personal number and hung up.

  PROS: Good customer service, as I’ve been with Allstate at this office my entire life. CONS: Very expensive rates that keep rising. Their rates for car insurance were twice as expensive than elsewhere and didn’t cover as much. Apparently loyalty doesn’t matter. I learned it’s best to shop around for car insurance.

  Woman was incredibly rude every time I had to call in during my three years of coverage with this place. Otherwise great experience and coverage. Had to find insurance somewhere else though because I was never informed by email that my payment hadn't gone through and that my policy was in danger of cancelling, which I had always gotten email warnings for in the past if it was an issue. Not sure why I didn't get one this time. When I called (notice, I wasn't angry or yelling or anything when I called. I was calm) the woman on the phone interrupted me and said, very defensively and snottily "Well, I left a voicemail so I don't know what points you're about to make." And had an attitude with me. I was just calling to clear up a couple of things, not to tear her a new one or anything. Get a new customer service woman, she's not doing you any favors.
