- JPJason P2 days ago1.0I am disgusted in the fact that I’ve been a customer for a year now with multiple vehicles under this GEICO agency and when it comes to the fact of me changing over insurances just due to a better offer I was given, One of this office representatives confirmed and specifically verified of me not being charged x Amount based off me canceling days prior to what I was charged the other day, to be mislead and misinformed then charged when told I would not be prior to me canceling policy with GEICO is completely misleading and unprofessional to come to find out I was just charged and had money took out of my account then told we only see that’s it’s processing the day of is completely frustrating and unprofessional I would never do business with this office again based of misleading and the combative nature of being told that im in the wrong and then try to go back and forth should not be accepted but look at and frowned upon
