- HHHack3DNov 4, 20251.0This trash company was harassing and when I called to be removed from their mailing list they were rude and hung up on me. Awful company!
- KBKaren BurgwinAug 9, 20251.0Motorcycle totaled in a fatality but because I did not send him an email ( didn't know I had to) and assumed the policy was canceled, had to pay for insurance another 6 months Poor communication and insurance was still not canceled even after I sent him an email. I had to send another email asking for confirmation of cancellation. Little assistance with pending claim and advised ME to call the other insurance policy directly despite knowing it was a fatality.
- FFFiruzaDec 6, 20211.0Barely made 6 month with them, switched back to Liberty mutual. The price is higher but the quality is less. It took forever for my agent to respond to emails. They make everything very difficult. Will not recommend this company (or maybe it’s just my agent) to anyone.
