I never received a bill and then got a text that they are cancelling her homeowners policy. When I tried calling the agency I got a representative overseas who could not assist. If you are looking to be "In good Hands" do NOT use this agency as they do not provide service to their clients but outsource it to save money. Despicable to say the least.
