- RJRichard Stoddard JrMay 18, 20235.0I'll tell you, I have been with Alstate for almost 40 years. I have seen 3 different Reps/Agency take over my account. I was never asked or told about switches. My Rep retired and sold his practice to an agency in the North Towns / Sheridan drive Amherst Area, and I am not happy with the Agency or the owner. His staff is excellent, but his manners need help. I saw this Alstate location (on McKinley Pkwy), which is closer to me, living in the southtowns, so I stopped at this location. And the owner here at the Wasik Agency was Outstanding and Very Helpful!!! Highly Recommend the Wasik Agency!!!

The place in general is not as good as it used to be as far as following through with what they tell you. My family is having to call Multiple times just to make sure things get done in a timely manner.
