They were kind and receptive and nice to do business with. I cant say the same for the corporate prices though.Insurance premiums raise every 6 months. Mine have increased over 29% in just 2 years! That is with no accidents and only a windshield claim. They used to come to your house to fix it and this time I had to go to a shop or pay more money. So yeah, you are getting less for more money. There should be a cap on how much they can increase your premiums with no justification.
