  ABSOLUTELY DESPICABLE I WISH I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS!!!!!!!!!!!! You’ll never get someone on the phone, they will blatantly refuse to cancel the policies and continue charging you. YOU ARE LEFT TO THE WOLVES WITH THIS SHAM OF AN OFFICE!! No wonder they have to get their friends and employees to leave good reviews because they certainly can’t expect them from actual customers!!! I never thought a company like this could ever manage to be so incredibly unprofessional. Appalled is an understatement. I honestly don’t know how they stay in business. SAVE YOURSELF AND STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU WANT TO HAVE TO CONTACT THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND DEPT OF INSURANCE!!!!

  This agent is so bad for ALLSTATE. Horrible service, never returns calls or emails.Filed a complaint with ALLSTATE Corporate and I’m also filing a complaint with the better business bureau. I suggest anyone else who’s been scammed or lied or has had horrible customer service to do the same.

  took me 25 tries to get someone on the phone, then when i finally did the person who picked up the phone threatened me and called me obscene and offensive names. how this place is in business is alarming
