In December, I visited your office located at 3035 E Tropicana Ave Suite, Las Vegas, NV 89121. I was attended to by your employee, Dolores. I am a long-time customer and had always only communicated with you by phone. Every time I spoke with Dolores, she seemed angry and distracted. I asked her for information about some changes, and she rudely replied that my account was under review, which is why I decided to go to your office in person. When I arrived, Dolores attended to me, again in an angry state, so I told her that she was giving me poor customer service. She replied that if that was the case, why was I looking for her? I then explained that she was the person I always communicated with about my account. I then asked her again if she could attend to me with kindness and respect. She didn't like this and accused me of disrespecting her, when all I did was express my discomfort with her poor customer service. Dolores told me to leave her office and find another agency. I then asked to speak with the manager, but she said she wasn't there. I noticed other employees, and one of them helped me. I explained what was happening, and she told me they hadn't made any changes to my policy, even though Dolores had told me they had. This proved that Dolores was lying to me. I don't know how they have employees like that working there; they only damage the agency's and State Farm's reputation. It's truly a shame, and for that reason, I'm going to request a change of agent.
