I entered at this shopping center and saw L.A Insurance, so I stepped by to get some info, and what was my biggest surprise? That I had the worst experience of my life. L.A Insurance on Chayenne and Civic Center. The agent AKA: Ana/Silvia whatever her name is!!!! She’s the worst customer service agent I have ever met, she’s very rude and refuses to do a quote if she doesn’t like you. She had a client crying and arguing about $150 payment that she took and never uploaded to company. I was not only giving useless information but also rudeness by AKA:Ana/Silvia to which not only was unable to answer my questions but instead I was asked to exit her office because she had to close but outside her door, she had hours of operation 9am-6pm and it was 4:30pm. My review is to let people know how we customer get treated at L.A Insurance. I would like to get management and corporative office involve, this agent has no professionalism and she’s super rude, completely unreliable and undependable to answer questions in a good manner way. Also, just a humble reminder for this agent aka:Ana/Silvia don’t forget that the reason why you’re sitting on that chair is because us customers!! Honestly, this place doesn’t even deserve 1 star but for me to be able to give you’ll heads-up I needed to select at least one.😡
