    Went in and a lady told me that another lady could help me and to have a seat. The other lady comes in and asks if I had been helped and I told her no, that I was waiting to speak with someone about purchasing health insurance. The lady then asks the original lady if she can help me. The original one says yes but she needs to make a phone call first. The other lady then pulls out a nail file and begins filing her nails. I just got up and walked out.
