Her Office Manager, Noah, is an exceptional young man who is a fount of knowledge and technology and skills who is an invaluable asset to the Agency and to State Farm. He is professional, personable, who is more than willing to assist customers, and prospective customers in any way he can. Twice I have had difficulty using the State Farm App and each time Noah broke through all the red tape and resolved my issues and even simplified State Farms overly complicated system so that I can now easily access the information I need. In the 60 years we have been policy holders with State Farm Caitlyn and Noah are amount the very best we have had.
