They always find some stupid trivial thing to prevent paying out anything while continuing to collect premiums. Don’t waste your money on a Banker’s Life policy. I regret all interaction with this company. They are a scam.

In the end, I decided to not move forward because I picked up on some lowkey racism from the person hosting the meeting. I'm not one of those black women who frequently pull the race card, but I can sense racism from a distance. Throughout my life, I've experienced enough of that to be able to sense even the smallest amount of it. It's unfortunate because the company itself isn't bad. They just need a better representative. The people are the representatives who make the company.

Although hard to catch in person, whenever I called, he answered by end of day. Andy was invaluable in getting this done. I received payout checks for the policies in less than a month Great service.
