  Tues around 3pm I sent an email announcing that I was adding a full coverage rental car to my policy as determined by my agent to do it this way. 25 hours later...25HOURS LATER...I received an email in return that my email didnt go thru meaning during the daylight hours I was driving without insurance! I tried numerous times to call the office but kept getting shoved into the phone tree during which everytime I would get disconnected. Stupid system! Changing agents and maybe a different company altogether . Yesterday it took just shy of 3 hours to get the rental for which I was paying $61 per day and could not drive legally, covered with insurance which they said would be $150 per day. And if I wanted to get a less expensive policy for 2 days...I need to talk to my agent, Bruce Bergantz. Well guess how thats working out!

  I had a policy with Bruce up until two years ago because I found a "better price" elsewhere. That better price came with the worst customer service ever. I am back with Bruce and Allstate and have learned a lesson. Bruce's service cannot be matched in my opinion.

  Always helpful when I change vehicles. Good coverage at a fair price. My policy was carried over from another agent. Bruce is one of many Alstate agents in Carson.
