    I spoke to Temi on the phone and I have to say best service I’ve ever had she was so nice the whole time and for a call I thought would not be much fun (home insurance ) she nailed it and had me laughing and enjoying the call! She the best give that girl a raise 👏 even got me a better deal than I expected

    Increased my insurance from $1125/year to $8400. I had 3 payments left on the year for one vehicle, a 2025 Volkswagen, at $105/month. My wife was added to this policy without my authorization and then I found out and removed her and now it’s $132/month. If I want to change insurance companies, they want $462 to cancel the policy on this car, which is way more than just receiving my insurance until my renewal date. I’ve begged you guys to just let me leave. Just let me get away from you guys. Why do you want to trap me so badly? You acted in bad faith and treated me inhumanely when we had a not-at-fault accident, now you are increasing our insurance 6x and you want a cancellation fee that is more expensive than the next 3 payments of my coverage. Just let me leave. I am reporting this to the insurance ombudsman. I have proof that we had 7 different auto adjusters during the not at-fault accident. They kept going on vacation and denying responsibility and authorization for a rental car, gave me ridiculously low appraisals. Finally, after requesting another appraisal and a month of asking for reimbursements for my taxis I have received my taxi money but I still have enterprise rentals bugging me weekly about the rental bill that has been sent to collections. Adjusters, in order: Maria Douced, Shivani Sharma, David Brenton (went on vacation for 2 weeks the day after being assigned as my total loss adjuster), Kristy Fraser (went on vacation the day after being assigned as my replacement adjuster while David Brenton was on vacation), Vincepreet Singh, Costel Fraser, and finally David Brenton again once he came back from his 2 weeks vacation. Absolutely unethical, unprofessional behaviour. You guys are the reason insurance companies have such a terrible reputation in this country. I have photo evidence of all of this. Let me walk away from your mess of an insurance company before I take legal action against you guys. Will be reporting you to the insurance ombudsman this Monday.
