- SMSandra MillenJun 21, 20221.0Called for quote on tenants insurance and was transferred to wrong area because of my phone area code. Person answering my call apologized and tried to transfer me to my area without success so messaged for them to call me. The person emailed for info and i knew questions were not appropriate for my situation. I did respond anyway clarifying many of questions she asked were not relevant. Had she picked up phone it would have taken no longer to ask my insurance needs than type all questions in an email. I responded within an hour to her email but 27hrs later still no call or response to my request for quote.
