  Had a great experience on the phone with Natashia at sales today (didn't ask for last name), she helped me get the discounts I've been missing, and very patient as well, helped us saved a lot. Not sure if she works here specifically or another call center I was redirected to.

  dent and scratches to the rear and quarter panel. Car is returned but the registration sticker was removed off the plate. They said that you can't prove that it was there before the car was brought in. Oh, I have a picture of the damaged rear end, and the plate has a sticker on it then. Amazing, that all of a sudden they came up with the sticker. Then when I get in the car, the dash lights up with trouble lights. Same story, you can't prove it wasn't like that when you brought it in. A very dishonest business.

  If I could give 0 - I would. Avoid going there at all costs, fight with the I surance if you must.. this is the worse shop you can choose. The branch manager there has a severe "short guy syndrome" that causes him to be bitter, rude to his customers and calling them liars. Not only is the bad service, it took over 2 months and they damaged my windshield and claiming it was pre maid damage🤦🏼‍♀️ Their yard has little stones all over, and your car- standing there for months before someone looks at it- will intake all these little Stones flying on it on a daily basis. Be aware and be warned.
