He spent time, explained, found other reps that I dealt with mistakes and corrected them, explained in depth each plan so I knew exactly what I was getting. Through this process he recognized something not correct on my file, fraud, he gathered the information, phone numbers, etc. he saved me in so many ways, I had the fraud taken care of and happy to say , he will be handling all of my insurance needs now!
