  My wife and I recently had the opportunity of meeting with Mr. Jack Ayala, Manager of the Albuquerque Banker's Life office at Park Square to review and update our Long-Term Care Insurance Policy. Mr. Ayala was quite professional and well prepared for our meeting. He was familiar with our Policy and was able to answer all our questions. Many Thanks. P. Garcia

  My sister passed aeay in September of this year. The agent had all information from doctors. Went in for one thing. Never came out. My niece gave Agent all the paperwork he staled . then a month later daid they didnt get it . I was on the phone with my niece when she went to meet him. They saying it could tske 6 months . what the heck do they need to go to Russia to get the money. My nieve cant greive properly because of the incompetence of this insurance. We will be going to insurance commission. They did not wait six months to take.the.premium. Worst place ever. I think lawyers need to get involved. Do buy from these people . protect your family.

  First of all one of their agents here in Albuquerque NM called my landlord's landline phone# on Sunday December 4th, 2016 between 4pm and 5pm asking for me. The agent asked if I lived here and I believe my age. My landlord has a bad habit of answering telemarketing calls AND giving up info without thinking. He proceeds to tell me Mr. Stith said that I called him asking about Colonial Penn Life Insurance Company and the guy had him ask me if I had Medicare and Insurance ...Well that's not true at all...I never called CPL nor this agent Mr. Stith. I informed my landlord to say I'm not interested because I figure it was scammer phishing for personal information. Today, December 15, 2016, I received a 9"×12" envelope with advertisements and one sheet with Stith's qualifications, h is picture and contact information. His direct phone is on it ( same number he gave to my landlord even though I said no, not interested). This company really needs a "Minus 1"!!! No means no. Nowadays everyone can get your age etc then use it to sell you stuff or steal from you. 1 star is all this company gets. But 1/2 star is more accurate or "minus 1".
