However, the owner contacted me and was fair and detailed in his quote, which also seems very fair compared to others. He assured me I could deal with only him or his top level employee going forward, and I plan to sign with them tomorrow on a homeowner policy. My apologies for a bad review done too soon before giving the owner a chance to make things right. And make things right, he just did! Very happy to be insured by Dale and his team!
