- GSGreg SuterMay 15, 20241.0Years ago my father purchased an annuity from Bankers life through Mr. Ferretti the annuity was part of my fathers estate .After the passing of my brother Mr. Ferretti was called to make changes to the beneficiary’s on the annuity . It was suppose to be distributed amongst his 4 remaining children after his passing. Mr Ferretti completed the paperwork and requested the full names and addresses plus social security numbers of my siblings to be forwarded to him .which was done .fast forward my father recently passed away we filled out the requested paperwork for the transfer of funds to the recipients only to be denied by Bankers Insurance because the paper work was lost by Mr . Ferretti and never filed . Do not trust Mr Ferretti and his office they are incompetent . This caused multiple problems with the estate.and a loss of funds to the siblings.
