- SCStephenee CarstenJul 29, 20231.0possible to reach anyone at the local office or the corporate office without calling or emailing them several times and when I do reach them I am told “The check has been mailed to the Cherry Hill/Mt. Laurel office”…when I finally reach that office I am told it will be there Friday for sure - it has been 4 Friday’s and guess what?!? NO CHECK OR CALL from them - it is frustrating, time consuming and upsetting that they can treat someone this way. If it took me a month and a half to mail in my payment they would cancel my policy - so why are the same standards not upheld?! I have also had security issues with them and asked for a password to be added to my account only to be told that it is not needed, meanwhile, they allow someone to call them saying they are me and immediately change the address that the check is being mailed to - but it wasn’t me that called in - this company has been less than helpful and I’m not sure if a check will ever come - since they never pay out. I would not recommend this company if they offered to cover me for free - if it were possible to offer a negative star review I would. Beware of Bankers - the check is always in the mail and yet it never arrives.
