  I’m new to town and was looking for new insurance. The female was extremely rude and rushed me off the phone. Must be a blessing because the parking is horrid over there and after asking around their employees park right out front while you circle the blocks. Some “customer service.”

  So I’m a licensed insurance agent in Florida and have been in the business for 10 years. I went online to get a quote for a property my family is buying and putting in a trust. I created the quote and placed it through my email. I called up to ask some basic questions and Tia, the agent that answered, refused to assist me because the quote was not in my name. I understood that and simply wanted basic questions answered and she would not help and even got loud and rude. I simply wanted basic questions answered and she was unable to assist. Generic questions that she could of answered but refused too. There is no place in the world for racism or this kind of behavior. I will be taking my business to another Agency and reporting Tia to the State of New Jersey’s Insurance boards.
