- JNJoe NygDec 15, 20251.0Very difficult to get in touch with this office and Allstate's customer service is very bad also. Not good if you want to speak to a human or if you want to be treated like one.

The “customer service manager” as she stated over the phone to me showed no patience and abruptly hung up on me with no attempt at a call back. I proceeded to call back 4 times ( first one called back 2min after hang up, ringing twice until I was sent to voicemail which was weird considering they were open and just answred ) and the 3 calls after rung once and went straight to voicemail, which led me to find out she was canceling my calls purposely and no longer wanted to continue with her job for the afternoon apparently.they Also had an excuse for every point I brought up that I had clear cut and solid proof that their office handled THEIR end wrong and I did everything I COULD to resolve the issue. Very upset with all state and this office and a true, honest, and transparent review
