  Can't get simple details right like when a policy should be canceled. Then never sends me a check due to mortgage company paying then when policy should have been canceled.

  Wish I can give a 0 star review. I have been a customer for over 8 years and today will be canceling my insurance with them. My credit card has been on auto pay for the longest time and the numbers changed because the old card expired. All state says they are about customer service but from my experience I have not seen this. They were only able to tell me that they emailed and and sent me mail at my house. I never got a call from any of them or notified over the phone that my insurance is expiring, so much for being in good hands. Also this All office was much better and friendlier with Richard Owned it.
