- SDSam DordoniJul 15, 20252.0Seems every time we call the Clark office our agent is out of the office. They always say someone will call you back shortly. They never really call back or respond ! You actually need to call numerous times to follow up. They never even thoroughly explained our declaration page options in detail. Seems once you get a policy their agents are to busy supposedly working from home. Just didn’t feel comfortable 💁♂️. As we moved our H.O. & Auto pol to a different office. Much better support as they took the time to explain all coverage’s in full detail etc.etc.
