  🚗~FANTASTIC AGENTS RIGHT HERE!~ 🚗 I just had the pleasure of setting up my auto insurance with Greg at Geico, & I have to say, it was actually... enjoyable? Greg was incredibly patient, respectful, kind, & made the whole process a breeze. I usually dread dealing with insurance stuff, but Greg's awesome personality & clear explanations made it fun!   I stuck with GEICO for 11 years. Never let my insurance lapse, always paid on time. What did I get for that? A bill for $734 a month for the bare minimum coverage in Massachusetts. Two thousand dollar collision deductible, no medical coverage, nothing extra. Finally I said screw it and got a quote from Progressive. Now I’m paying $300 a month, 59 percent less, and I’ve got way better coverage. My collision deductible is down to $500 with waiver. I have full medical/PIP. My comprehensive deductible is also down to $500. That’s $434 a month back in my pocket, more than $5,200 a year, for more protection. GEICO kept me stuck in some overpriced high-risk tier and never budged. Progressive treated me like a normal driver and stacked discounts. If you’ve been with GEICO forever, check around. You might find out they’ve been draining your wallet for years like they did to me.

  Dont get a policy from Geico! This is insane and a joke! I have been placed on hold for over an hour 2 days in a row just to make a change to my policy but if I wanted to purchase a policy they would be willing to talk to me! They dont have a so called Manager or Supervisor running the office and refused to help me despite having explained the issue! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

  They are the worse insurance i ever work with, they don't even have a office in Massachusetts. Someone crash my car out side of my house and i didn't know who it was, call the insurance and start talking to someone from Buffalo NY and he was assuming what happened and basically calling me a lied and stuff like that, he was very unprofessional, when i ask for he supervisor he said that was nothing else that could do for me, he also told me that's why he get pay the big money what clown, i told him don't care how much you get pay and i really don't want to get to you business but i just want fix my car and use my full coverage benefits. send me to test the car to a law office from the state of Massachusetts. After someone already inspect the car at one of they car body shop and told me how much will be to coverage the damage.
