We’ve purchased and sold several cars, had an accident with an uninsured driver causing it (they chased him down and I got my deductible back!), and had way too many windshield replacements that Misty makes a piece of cake. Insurance doesn’t have to be intimidating or a pain in the butt.

First desk, curly hair.) She was kind, understanding, and not pushy in getting me quoted and signed up for a new policy. I was initially a bit upset at the increase in my rate, but that is entirely based on my former and new locations, no fault of Danielle or the company. And I have been a State Farm customer for a long time now with zero issues and great customer service, so I had no interest in shopping around for another insurance provider. I can even go in and pay my monthly bill in person! Which I find delightfully refreshing in this age of online bill pay and frustrating automated phone systems.
