My husband and I have been with State Farm since 1983. In 2025, major changes occurred with the passing of Dan's brother in February, and Dan immediately became the sole owner of his family's estate. He did not have a will and we have been in Probate since his passing. Mary has been there for both of us every step of the way. She shows empathy and gives support regarding all of the changes and is always there to answer questions. She immediately reaches out to us and follows up immediately and walks us every step of the way. She reached out to us when we changed our banking accounts. She expresses to both of us with her concern for both of our physical and emotional well being. I enjoy our conversations about family and grandchildren.
