She was able to escalate the lack of interaction and have a new claims agent assigned. She was also able to catch a glitch in auto-pay continuity when our banks changed systems. Closing on my first home (so many nerves as a single mother), she was incredibly thorough and made sure any additional coverage was in my best interest. She compared my current auto coverage with what is being offered/covered through the new policy! Wow I had no idea! The time she took to discuss and explain was exceptional, the first agent i have ever had go in detail on what it is I am paying for!!! She was prompt with responses and had all my coverage for the home to my lender as soon as it was agreed, so appreciated! I look forward to working with her more with possible other options that will help keep my son and I at ease that we are covered if anything happens.
