When first talking I said we wont be making moves until renewal. We had a lot of not so good things to deal with this summer and that was another reason. Anyway getting ready for renewal so started talking again. When I contacted current agent to Inform her we were changing agents, she asked if it was a progressive quote. Which is was. Then she stated that the quotes were wrong due to the fact we are not new customers to progressive. They would have to change everything since we are currently progressive clients. Anyways. I asked about what current agent told me and the reply was WOW. I was giving attitude about questioning his integrity with the situation. Im glad this happened before we switched. WoW!!!!! I would reply and he had to try and get last word and reply again. Even after being asked to stop contacting myself and my family. Funny thing is. I asked another agent I was receiving quotes from the same thing and they apologized and said that should have been their 1st question. Who do you have for carrier currently? So yes all their quotes changed! I asked my attorney about situation and I was told send one more email stating to leave us alone or my attorney would be contacting them. Then they said block the email. Which I have done. So upset right now. Glad this company wasnt the only one I was getting quotes from.
