This was the best move I had made and wish I had done it sooner. From the moment I walked in to the office, I was welcomed and felt that I was important being given Staci's undivided attention to address my family's insurance needs. Staci is exceptionally knowledgeable and takes the time to help explain options while educating me on things about insurance I did not know. Everytime I call the office for something, the team is professional, kind, and very helpful. Fantastic customer service, care and kindness in insurance does still exist and as paying customers (we pay a lot), we deserve to be treated well. Staci Howell and her team do just that. I wish I would have changed agents long before now. I highly reccommend Staci Howell - State Farm top agent in my book and her awesome team!

On the advice of my grown son I went to Shannon Cauthen in the Waxhaw State Farm Office of Staci Howell. We met face to face in her office and in about an hour she had me set-up with all new home and auto insurance quotes. She was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and gave me some great advice. Her homeowner's product got my premium back down below the level of my previous vendor BEFORE their 50% increase. I was so pleased I went all in with State Farm on 3 automobiles, my home, and a couple other pieces of equipment. Shannon followed-up diligently several times as my insurance transferred from my previous vendor to State Farm. I have nothing but good things to say about this office and truly look forward to working with them in the future.
