- SMScott MaceMar 27, 20241.0If you are looking for an agent please look elsewhere. Her communications with a client (me) has been horrible. Her execution of my policy has been horrible. She actually had me on my policy as a contingent beneficiary. I am not an agent and I know that's clearly not correct. This has been an overall poor experience with an agent of Mutual of Omaha. I have had policies for 20 years now and just got a new policy with MOA with her. I will be changing my agent tomorrow. Save yourself the hassle... find a different agent.
