She helped me through a lot of rough spots when it was tough to even make ends meet. She really did make it personal and became a great friend over the years. You feel at home when you visit this company still today. Sadly, when Phyllis passed away i was concerned how much the company would change. The new owners have done a great job in making sure to honor Phyllis's memory with the same great service and the same down home feeling! I would never recomnend another company over Sylva Insurance because no other company compares! Thank you guys for 33 years of excellent service!
