  Shawn is amazing, I honestly don't know what I would have done without his help. I work all the time and was not looking forward to sorting through the thousands of pages of information about Medicare to inform myself enough to decide on plans to choose when I became old enough to enroll. Luckily, a close personal friend referred me to Shawn and he made it all very easy to understand and helped me choose the plan that was best for me based on my specific health priorities. I've been using that plan and the supplemental plans I chose for a year now and I honestly don't have a single complaint. Every time I have had a question, Shawn has been available to provide an answer. He has checked in with me periodically un-prompted. He is professional, polite, and easy to talk to and understand. He listens. I can't recommend him highly enough! He is my secret weapon against all the spam and misinformation companies try to tell us about Medicare! If you want someone who will put your best interests first, call Shawn!! I for one would be lost without him.
