  When I started with Kevin Godfrey I thought the experience would be positive based off these reviews. In the last six months we have had numerous issues due to perhaps employees not being properly trained. We were misinformed and our policy monetarily affected and told it would be resolved multiple times. We had our email entered incorrectly and have been unable to get this resolved for months which seems completely unreasonable. And most recently as we are still attempting to resolve these issues we were sent someone else’s policy in full which is a breach of confidence. I am relocating to another agency but beware that even though it is Kevin Godfrey this agency’s reputation was built on apparently perhaps he no longer actively works there. As I was rudely informed by Brittany Tart that he is out of the office and would not at any point be able to return my call even though I offered to wait for a call back whenever he was available. She said if you’re not willing to be helped then that’s on you. I had explained that Kevin deserved to be informed of how his agency is being handled. Either he doesn’t know this is going on due to this interference or he doesn’t want to know but either way is certainly a problem for clients.

  This insurance company was the biggest headache.. we moved and they could never update the address we’d have to ask multiple times. When I’d try to take vehicles off insurance (because I no longer owned it) it took multiple times to contact them to change it. When I moved out of my rental and cancelled my renters insurance they never cancelled it and left it as part of my plan for months. When I split with my wife and we tried desperately to get separate insurance plans it was the biggest headache and come to find out when I finally cancelled my plan they still had not updated any contact information when we had tried repeatedly to update over the phone! This is the most unorganized and unprofessional experience I’ve ever had with a car insurance company. To top it off after I cancelled I didn’t get a letter or email or a call or text about any unpaid bills. I just received a letter from collections stating I owe Allstate money and I literally had no idea! So yeah don’t ever use this company! Get out while you can and go somewhere else.

  Tina Bower has been a tremendous help for me and my wife during this stressful time of finding home insurance. She has THE BEST customer service ! She was very knowledgeable, patient, and helped us picked the right choices in bundling our home and auto ! 10/10 recommend speaking with her !!
