  I love this little office on north main st in high point. It's tucked away in the back, but when you walk in the office is so clean and inviting. Virginia was extremely helpful and the rates are already lower than the company I was leaving... I hope to be with state farm for a long time

  Virginia and the rest of Lori’s staff are outstanding. They were professional, kind, and efficient throughout the entire process. They took the time to help me find the right coverage for my needs, and I couldn’t be more satisfied. I highly recommend them.

  Elizabeth has been so helpful and responsive. I think I have finally found an insurance resource that will take care of my needs. Lori Robertson has established a business that actually answers the phone and everyone there is professional and thoughtful. This is a rarity in today’s world.

  Great staff personality wise, but lack punctuality and doesn’t seem to have service as one of the top priorities. I have several policies (homes and vehicles) with this agent and have lapsed on multiple vehicles that I have insured due to staff not communicating with one another. I called to pay my insurance premium for 2 out of 4 vehicles I have insured several months ago and was told I did not owe anything for those vehicles despite receiving a bill in the mail. After several weeks, it turned out that they thought I was no longer driving the 2 vehicles after I brought to their attention the DMV sent me 2 notices of lapses. I was told by a representative of this agency that they would send the FS-1 form to the DMV but that was never sent according to the DMV records. I received another letter on both vehicles from the DMV a few days ago stating they never received the FS-1 and have revoked my registration . I had to physically go down to this State Farm agency office to get some answers on the hold up with the submission. As I was down there I was notified that one of the insurance premiums on one of my rental homes was due yesterday but received no communication prior to. This isn’t the first time this has happened. I think they are great people but if your looking to have multiple policies and expect for them to be maintained, I would not recommend going to this particular agency. As a result to these service failures, I have made the decision to take all business away. I honestly think the focus should be on the service rather than anything else. The prices of the policies are great but the service must be better than the prices at all times.
