Every person I spoke to made me feel as if we were on opposite sides of the ring, combative, and cold. It wasn’t until Hazem stepped in that I finally felt seen, heard, and valued. Hazem was hugely patient and attentive when working with me. Together we found answers and he brought me clarity where the other employees only fed into the confusion. Not once did Hazem make me feel like a burden, COMPLETELY outshining his colleges including the supervisor. Hazem is the ONLY reason I’m choosing to conserve my relationship with Geico.
