  The fish rots from the head. I am not one to leave reviews often, especially negative ones. It is a matter of moral principle that no business should suffer for one or even a handful of unfavorable opinions. On the other side of that coin is an obligation to speak up when harm has been done to one so that any future harm towards the many may be prevented. While the interactions with agents at the desk and on the phone at various call centers have been blanketed in decorum, peace, compassion, and patience the leadership at this office has been frustratingly opposite. Snider is not the individual you want to handle your business unless you wish for your experience to be fraught with misrepresentation, arrogance, lies, condescension, insults, rudeness, and chaos. Heavy on the chaos. It is interesting that such a volatile experience from Snider spanning weeks should occur at the same time the company as a whole is facing lawsuits for bribes of elected officials in order to avoid payouts to loyal customers. Perhaps this is some extension of on overall corporate culture. Perhaps it is an isolated cyclone of bullying unique only to this office. No one spending their money (particularly in this increasingly tense socio-economic climate) deserves to be treated this way. This man is unhinged to the point that it would make even the bravest of us feel unsafe. When someone yells at you, gaslights you, lies to you, lies on you, hangs up on you (more than once) and still tries to convince you to stick around for the abuse for your own good, that isn’t the kind of person you want knowing your first name yet alone having such a prominent say over a very sensitive and important part of your affairs. Should you seek to do business with State Farm that is your choice. Though I would consider doing so with another agency or office capable of fulfilling their responsibilities of customer care, promised service, and upholding basic codes of human decency, kindness, and respect.
