Literally talking over me, getting upset I refuse to agree to her false statements to continue. She has put me on hell hold, because she’s mad I’ve had to correct her false statements. I do not feel secure nor trust her. At this very moment I’ve been on hold “waiting for someone else to talk to” for about 20 mins now. Disgusting company. Vanguard is a way better option for anyone looking. Don’t Compromise yourself or your finances with this company

- LALiane AncajasMay 27, 20215.0Sent this as an email to Principal NC, but in case they don't receive it I am posting it here as well: Just wanted to give a compliment and shoutout to Nate at the North Carolina Principal branch who handled my inquiry and walked me though my retirement funds distribution process seamlessly. I had been given conflicting information from various sources for the past 2 weeks and was very frustrated at this point. I was having to constantly change my course of direction due to new and many times inaccurate information presented. Nate understood my frustration, was very patient with me, and went above and beyond to assist me. I understand that representatives don't always get the most pleasant calls and that reps can sometimes feel discouraged to pull all the resources available to help. However Nate did everything he could to help. While I was not trying to project my frustrations to my rep, I was still very frustrated with my situation in general. People like Nate should be given more credit for his attention to detail, and high level of service, and ability to navigate tough situations with a very high level of professionalism. I am truly grateful for all of his help and wish for the team at Principal to know exactly what a great employee they have on their team.
