- PSPaul StefkaMay 16, 20251.0I’m stuck with these guys because my company’s 401k is through them. They are absolutely terrible though. The website has been down for months, so I can’t change my 401k contribution percent or anything. Nobody answers the phone if you try to call customer service. I don’t recommend them to anybody who actually has a choice and I’m really hoping my company finds somebody else to move their 401k program over to because this is absolutely ridiculous!

I would definitely not recommend this company to anyone please do not trust your money with these people!!!!!!
