He was very knowledgeable on what I needed and made suggestions that I really appreciated. He was very patient. We had trouble getting in touch with each other today because I had a busy day, but there was something about him that I knew that I needed to get back in touch with him. I think I called him twice and he called me three times and we finally connected. I wouldn’t do that under normal circumstances, but he is a special person. I’ve been in business in sales and management for over 35 years.. I wish I would’ve had somebody like Shelton to work for me. Great personality, very knowledgeable, and very good representative for your company because he is very likable. I wish him the best . I pray blessings for him. Even went above to deal with me as my crazy work schedule in the fire sprinkler business is crazy busy but he was willing to reach out via text, email and call when it was convenient for me! Definitely an asset to the company as customer service seems to be a declining these days. His professionalism and kindness was much appreciated.
