Our primary goal is to help individuals, families and businesses with their insurance needs of auto, home, life, business and health insurance in an easy and convenient manner. With our office in Asheboro, we provide service to individuals and businesses throughout North Carolina.

- MSMykal Shannon6 days ago5.0First of all, Susan and her staff are the absolute best. They take the time to really explain to you how and why your insurance works for you. It really feels good to know exactly what you're paying for and why. When I did have to use my policy for a flood at my house and again 3 years later because I hit a deer, they were there for me. I had a rental, repairs done to my car, the whole 9. If you want an insurance agency you can trust, just call Susan. Erie Insurance is phenomenal!!
- KJKeith JohnsonOct 30, 20231.0I called for an Auto quote 3 weeks ago. We were higher risk because of one (at fault) accident, and 5 other claims(no fault). I told them that the at fault accident comes off in December, and if they'd work with me, I'd add my HO insurance and "bundle" with them (spent an hour on the phone, giving information about my home, NO miscommunication on my part).. They said they'd see what they could do, and call me back. Well, that call never happened. So, going by the owners response, if they can't write me a policy, they just don't call me back. Understood . We went with GEICO, they know that my money is still green . I also know that in 6 months, any major agency will write us a policy. Edited after owners response. Photo added to show that we are home owners. Accidents do happen with automobiles, deer , rocks into windshields , other people dinging your cars , and comp claims aren't supposed to count against you , but we've never filed a HO claim ever. If you can't work with someone, say so. A simple 2 minute call back would've meant something down the road.
