I had a payment bounce because my cheque did not go into following day and when I asked for some understanding because of pandemic along with making payments since 2017 they decided to nail me with a $50.00 NSF FEE along with making a total payment of $114.89. Brian is highly unprofessional and talks on a speaker out in a hall/rink etc. Because he is extremely hard to hear clearly along with unhelpful. Then sends a nasty Email telling me I'm banned for 3yrs.also would have to pay $500 an some dollars to reinstate. Lol they dont have to worry because I wouldnt insure an outhouse or outside playground equipment with these crooks. Shove your policys where the sun doesnt shine!!!! What is wrong with this place of business.
