- JSjamey swanJul 10, 20211.0If I was able to leave a no star rating I would as this insurance outfit is another example of a typical insurance company out for all it can get. I had a payment bounce because my cheque did not go into following day and when I asked for some understanding because of pandemic along with making payments since 2017 they decided to nail me with a $50.00 NSF FEE along with making a total payment of $114.89. Brian is highly unprofessional and talks on a speaker out in a hall/rink etc. Because he is extremely hard to hear clearly along with unhelpful. Then sends a nasty Email telling me I'm banned for 3yrs.also would have to pay $500 an some dollars to reinstate. Lol they dont have to worry because I wouldnt insure an outhouse or outside playground equipment with these crooks. Shove your policys where the sun doesnt shine!!!! What is wrong with this place of business.

He does not answer his phone or emails unless I call the office 5 times and ask for him to contact me. I have asked for a different person to deal with my policy and have yet to be transferred to someone else.

Don’t even know if we have insurance after paying $900 for a year and last year only being $347. No one will return calls, went in thought our issue was resolved. No insurance card. Been working on this issue since December. This is OUTRAGOUS! Just finally got through to Annette and well no issue isn’t resolved. No questions can be answered straight. 4 months and no resolving the issue. Can’t change insurance now. WTF is wrong with this place?
