Every year with Redwood my insurance increased, even though I have a perfect driving record. When I asked for them to shop around for me one year I was presented with an “UGH, if I have to, attitude” they still didn’t find me the best rate. After doing my own research I found the best rates with a company called thePersonal. Hundreds of dollars per year better! Redwood failed.

This problem only seems to happen with one employee but it makes the entire operation seem unprofessional. I have encured 2 nsf's neither were reimburced as they had no record of me changing info, and 2 times that I had enough money in my account to cover it in the last 5 years. I have thought about cancelling but it's more of a hassel than it's worth, and when I make changes I now know to have enough money in both accounts.
