  In my experience I wouldn’t recommend this insurance provider. There was a storm in late 2023 that caused some damaged to my roof and caused leaking . I made a claim. as I was speaking to Corey basically pleading my case to them they were so keen on a final decision. NOTE: they make you get their roofer which they have on speed dial or if you want a second opinion you have to pay for it Definitely had the rug pulled underneath me Also by the way we’ve been with them for 8+ years And I have been paying obscene premiums anround 264$ every month every month. There’s definitely WAY BETTER INSURERS Also what other people are saying about the RUDE SERVICE AND REFUSING TO GIVE CANCELLATIONS is a understatement (I’m more than convinced most of the good reviews are just relatives of the people who work at that place) since there only willing to smile if you pay your premiums and never ever have a claim The impact of the claim denial affected my finances, Housing and my wellbeing. Definitely be careful and wouldn’t recommend this company They restructured and rebranded the company but it’s still the same mental gymnastics as they do. You get what you get in this capitalistic system ;) I moved to another insurance provider and is charging me 79$ every month with more liability protections compared to 264$ monthly and less coverage Be careful and take care

  If you need insurance call and speak to Angie she is incredible!! Helped me a few years ago and then when I got a vehicle again this week she was who I called! Does amazing work and definitely goes the extra mile for her clients!!

  Heustis has been my insurance broker for 15 years. Always have fantastic service and friendly, helpful staff. I had to make one claim during the time I have been with them and they made the process very easy.

  I have been with Capital Morrison since 2005 & have always had excellent service. I was surprised to read any negative comments about the company (and I do not know personally or am related to anyone who works there). :) I called around to other insurance companies to find out if I've been paying too much. However, that is just not the case. I did get a few cheaper rates, but they had a much higher deductible, which is not ideal for me. Personally, I don't have $1000-2500 laying around for a deductible. The staff have always been good to deal with and I've had no issues with the company at all.

  Over priced, as mentioned by another reviewer. They do their best to not acknowledge the excellent driving record you have and then try to place you in the high risk class (if it is your first time with them). The service is very bad, and the staff is rude; especially, the office supervisor!
