From start to finish, Stephanie was exceptional. She showed a level of kindness, flexibility, and professionalism that truly stood out. Stephanie was super nice. Even when I was overwhelmed with grief and uncertainty, she treated me with warmth and genuine care. She never made me feel like I was just another client. She was patient. I had many questions, some of them repetitive or hesitant. Stephanie always took time to explain, to reassure, and to go through things as many times as I needed. She was flexible. Deadlines, meetings, documents—you name it, she adapted. When I needed to change appointment times or provide information later than expected due to personal circumstances, she always accommodated without making me feel guilty. And above all, she was professional. Her knowledge of insurance matters, clear communication, and attention to detail gave me confidence that things were in capable hands. She kept me informed of all the options, helped me understand what I was signing up for, and made sure everything was set up correctly. Even though I was going through an emotionally heavy period, Stephanie made the insurance process bearable—and in many ways, easier than I could have hoped.
