- JSJimmy ScholtensFeb 27, 20251.0Stockman Insurance's customer service is worse than terrible. On Monday, I called the number for Stockman Insurance that Progressive had on file. That same number was shown on the renewal reminder for auto insurance. I had called Stockman because I had several questions about my policy. When I called , I was sent immediately to voicemail which said someone would call me back asap. I left my correct call back phone number. Now, it's almost 5:00 pm on Thursday and I still haven't had a call back. I had to call Progressive directly to get my questions answered. I will be looking for another agent.

We procrastinated getting a quote for our home and auto insurance, and after finally doing the switch, I can say that our only mistake was waiting so long. The transition was as smooth as possible, they took care of all the leg work! They were able to keep us on the same carrier, but also save us money by adjusting coverages to what was most applicable for us. We always received feedback extremely fast.
