She was incredibly helpful in providing us information for what coverage they could offer and upfront about the costs. At this point, Stockman was unable to offer better rates than what we currently have, but Britney was very transparent in what they could offer and let us know what factors would likely change in the future for us to possibly get a better rate. I really appreciated her honesty and explanations. Even though we are not changing our coverage at this time, her willingness to help and quick responses demonstrated customer service that isn't always found in business today. I plan to be in touch with Britney and Stockman Bank with our future insurance needs!
