I called in to set up an appointment which is difficult, no call backs, and when they did call back they don't do short term coverage, which I did do through them 2 years ago. A buddy of mine also tried to get insurance through them with about the same issues. They wouldn't even let him set up an appointment to come in and go over insurance plans. After asking around I found about the same through others with simular problems. I guess they are more worried about getting the bigger accounts and not so worried about individuals needs.
