Great location if you want to be out of a car for almost a month. My car was totaled and they were given the title to send off two weeks ago. Another agent in Jackson had to call me looking for the title because the lovely people at the Water Valley location couldn’t even bother shipping off the title (like they were supposed to two weeks ago). So congrats to them for ensuring I’m out of a car even longer.
